Bagdara Wildlife Sanctuary Madhya Pradesh

 

Bagdara Wildlife Sanctuary is located in Madhya Pradesh, primarily in the Sidhi and Singrauli districts.

2026 Current Affairs

The Madhya Pradesh government proposed de-notification of the sanctuary.

The Standing Committee of the National Board for Wildlife (NBWL) deferred the proposal and asked the state to identify an ecologically viable compensatory protected area.
