2% hike from 58% to 60% of Basic Pay/Pension, effective from 1 January 2026.
Previous revision from 55% to 58% in July 2025.
Based on AICPI-IW & 7th CPC recommendations.

Railway Projects:

Ghaziabad–Sitapur line, UP: 403 km route, Rs. 14,926 crore.
Rajahmundry–Visakhapatnam line, AP: 198 km route, Rs. 9,889 crore.
