Former Mizoram Governor Swaraj Kaushal Passes Away

Swaraj Kaushal, renowned lawyer and politician, and husband of late Sushma Swaraj, passed away at age 73. He served as Advocate General and Governor of Mizoram, and was instrumental in the Mizoram Peace Accord of 1986.
