• Launched: 13 July 2026 by Dr. Shaji K. V., Chairman NABARD, on 45th Foundation Day.
• Full Name: Entrepreneurship Development Programme [EDP].
• Collaboration: National Skill Development Corporation [NSDC] under Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship via Institute for Industrial Development [IID].
• Model: Digital-first hybrid - training, psychometric assessment, mentoring, enterprise establishment support across all States/UTs.
• Credit Support: End-to-end - bankable Detailed Project Reports, linkage with RRBs and FIs for loans, access to govt schemes, digital assistance for loan applications.[DPRs]
• Target: Pilot phase - 4,000 rural entrepreneurs over 3 years.
