• About Unjha Fennel: Mehsana district - India's largest fennel-producing region, one of Asia's largest trading hubs. Semi-arid climate, well-drained sandy soils, cool winters. Rich in anethole - sweet aroma, distinctive green colour. Digestive properties, rich in fibre, Vit C, Ca, Fe, Mg, K.
• About Unjha Cumin: Dry sandy soils. Rich in cuminaldehyde - strong aroma, distinctive flavour, high essential oil content.
• NABARD GI Support: Facilitated 28 new products, total 176 GI-supported. New 28 include handicrafts, handloom, bamboo crafts etc - Nalanda Bawan Buti Saree, Gaya Pattharkatti Stone Craft, Kuchai Silk Saree, Ba Shilp [Bamboo Craft], Bihu Pepa.[Bihar][Jharkhand][Assam]
