  • For individuals: Minimum 5-10 years imprisonment [earlier 3-5 years + fine upto Rs 10 lakh].
  • For organised offences: Up to 10 years jail + fine upto Rs 10 Crore [earlier 5-10 years + minimum fine Rs 1 Cr].
• Other Provision: Dedicated fast-track courts to complete investigation and trial within 3 months to ensure speedy justice.
