A one-time dispute resolution scheme launched by EPFO.

Purpose

To facilitate amicable settlement of disputes relating to:

• Damages
• Penalties
• Recovery proceedings

Legal Basis

• Section 14B, EPF & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952
• Section 128, Code on Social Security, 2020

Important Date

• Notified: 29 June 2026
• Operational for: 6 months

Coverage

Includes certain cases involving:

• Judicial challenges
• Pending/partial recovery
• Revenue Recovery Certificates
• Pending final orders
• Certain pending notices
