• PM Narendra Modi visited Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka on 1 August 2026.
• Projects worth over ₹17,900 crore were inaugurated/founded in Andhra Pradesh.
• Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport, Bhogapuram, Vizianagaram, was inaugurated.
• Airport investment: over ₹5,640 crore.
• A ₹2,500 crore semiconductor project by ASIP Technologies was launched at Tarluvada, Visakhapatnam.
• NH projects worth over ₹1,880 crore were included.
• Kurnool-IV Renewable Energy Zone – Phase I (4.5 GW) transmission system was also launched.
• In Mysuru, Karnataka, PM Modi inaugurated the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Youth Centre/Viveka Smaraka.
• It commemorates Swami Vivekananda's visit to Mysuru in November 1892.
